Hummingbird Yoga with Nancy Lawrence RYT
For almost 30 years, Nancy worked in the healthcare sector, almost exclusively in acute care hospitals.
In October 2024, Nancy "semi-retired" and launched her own healthcare consulting and yoga businesses.
As a trained facilitator of the Canadian Mental Health Commission of Canada’s “The Working Mind™”, and an Occupational Stress injury educator, Nancy supports employees and leaders in building and sustaining resiliency and mental wellbeing. Nancy assists organizations in assessing and addressing psychological health and safety in the workplace using Just Culture principles and frameworks, as well as the Canadian National Standard for Psychological Health and Safety Framework.
Self-care is foundational to being able to achieve this and Nancy's own self-care journey brought her back to her own yoga mat in 2023 when she obtained her yoga teacher certification.
Nancy launched Hummingbird Yoga with Nancy Lawrence in 2024.
