Laraine has moved to a limited clinical schedule to accommodate her teaching hours and beginning her studies for her Masters degree.

At this time, Laraine will not be accepting new clients unless they have been directly referred from another health care practitioner.

Jennifer is a graduate of the Fanshawe College Massage Therapy program

and is a certified yoga Instructor.

Jenn has a passion for movement and looks forward to helping you achieve

optimal wellness. Jennifer is empathetic to the challenges of having a busy life schedule and

will be offering Massage Therapy appointments some evenings and the occasional Saturday

Please note that time between bookings helps RMTs adhere to sanitizing protocols. And we have created a new set of appt selections for new clients visiting us for the first time.

Please pre-screen yourself before each appointment and let your RMT know if you are unwell.

As the mask mandate has come to a close we will be working with our clients to establish the best policy for each of you. If you or someone you love, are immune-compromised we will wear a mask to protect your health at your request. 

Although masks will no longer be required in every situation, we will continue to ask you to reschedule your appointment at any time when you are experiencing any of the following symptoms such as; fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste or smell, an unusual headache, vomiting or nausea or are feeling generally unwell.

As part of our service, we will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management and mobility techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.
